How do you ensure your shipping is plastic-free?
We use 100% plastic-free packaging, including paper tape, recycled cardboard boxes, and compostable starch-based packing peanuts to ensure your order arrives safely without harming the planet.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, certain personal care items like toothbrushes or menstrual cups cannot be returned.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. We partner with carbon-neutral couriers whenever possible to minimize the environmental impact of your delivery.
Are all your products vegan and cruelty-free?
The majority of our range is vegan; however, we do stock some items containing responsibly sourced beeswax. Every product we carry is strictly cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
